Common questions

Asked most about this.

What term length should I take?

Long enough to outlast the obligation. A twenty five year mortgage and young children usually point at a twenty or thirty year term.

What happens at the end of the term?

It either ends or renews at a much higher rate. Converting before then is usually the better option, which is why the clause matters.
